Delivery and coverage
We deliver in rings around the plant. The further out, the earlier you need to book and the more the delivery costs. Everything else is the same.

Part loads under 4 m³ carry a £40 part-load charge outside the 10-mile ring. Saturday deliveries by arrangement.
Trucks and access
Check the access before you order. A mixer that cannot get in is still a load you pay for.

On the day
- The driver rings 30 minutes before arrival.
- First 30 minutes on site per load are free; then £1.50 a minute.
- Wash-out needs a spot on site. We do not wash out on the highway.
- Someone over 18 must sign the ticket.
Cancellations
- Free until 3pm the day before.
- Half the load value on the day, before the truck leaves.
- Full load value once batched. Weather cancellations are free with a photo.
